At Woolies tonight the girl who I had previously been inside briefly offered to let me in again, but changed her mind when I moved t'ward her with two fingers at the ready. "Go easy" I think was the comment I heard from her cohort (Hallo Katie).

She said she didn't have any hand sanitizer, and I looked at my hand full of coins and said "Yeah, and I've been hanging on to this change..."

To which she replied, and I'm not sure why, "I'll let you put it in."

My jaw fell open and Katie at the next register gave me a 'what!?' look, but the girl serving me didn't bat an eye. As I was leaving, Katie says "This better be on your website later."

Oh, you'd better believe it will be.

Most guys DONT complain; at all. haha.
But seriously, our mexican walking fish feel like the inside of your mouth.

Mine wont eat tho. Katies keeps attacking every ounce of food that goes in there.
Its just like Katie; loves its food.

Let's get right to it: I stuck my finger in a Woolies girl tonight.

I can't believe leaving it there will satisfy anyone, so here's the rest of the story.

The girl who served me had commented this morning about her new Axolotls (ie: Salamanders). We discussed them briefly tonight while I was buying my groceries, and I tried without success to convince her they were not 'Mexican Walking Fish' but were Salamanders. She has no trouble believing both, but I refused to allow that they were fish.

"You know what they feel like?" she asked. "Like the inside of my mouth! Touch the inside of your mouth. That's what they feel like." She demonstrated by swabbing the inside of her cheek with her finger. "Try it!"

I said "Wouldn't it make more sense if I touched the inside of your mouth? How do I know mine feels the same as yours?"

"Ew, no way!" she replies.

Epilogue: After we passed around the alcohol disinfectant, I was grabbing my groceries and heard the girl who we'd all been inside say to her customer "Would you like to try? Everyone else has." The customer declined, so I said to her as I passed by "You really should give it a go. Chances like this don't come along every day."
