Subject: Game music mixes/arrangements
FYI:

Some very professional game music remixes/arrangements here: http://www.ocremix.org.
Based off actual soundtracks or original composition.

Search by system or game title alphabetically.  Or search.  Awesome site.

My favourite artists include dj pretzel, mv, kLuTz, JAXX.

There's a lot of chiptunes (MOD files ripped straight out of the game) avaliable for free download. You need to download a special player to use them, but it's worth it as you get the original soundtracks exactly as they are in the game.

My favourite downloads were:
Super Mario World 3: Yoshi's Island on SNES (by Koji Kondo)
The Legend of Zelda (1987) on NES (by Koji Kondo)
Pokemon Blue on Gameboy (Composer not listed)
