Subject: SkyDoll
Once again, thanks to Heavy Metal magazine, I've discovered a really beautiful and charming little comic called SkyDoll. There are only three episodes so far, but they're lavish and glorious and many things besides.
Produced by a pair of Italian Disney aritsts as a sort of side project, SkyDoll chronicles a society in the grip of religious organizations that seek to hold the general populace in their thrall... But it's really quite a bit more light-hearted than you might expect.
Here's a few sample images. If anyone wants to read the rest, I might be persuaded to upload it. =)

You can definitely see the Disney influence in the art: massive eyes, expressive faces. What's decidedly non-Disney is the amount of violence and the boobies sprinkled throughout.
Highly recommended. =D
