Subject: Sock Master's Controller Family Tree
A guy named Sock Master (or Twilight) has put together a controller family tree.  You may have seen it before, but it's a fairly comprehensive list of first-party controllers and their position in controller development history.

It's not the newest page on the internet, but it's a fairly fascinating page.

Check it out here.

It's interesting to note that the whoe page was made with a giant table.  It's no small amount of clever put to use here.

I remember seeing this back in the day. I was impressed by how linear the progression of Sega's controllers were, as if there was well-planned engineering. Everybody else's hardware seems to swing around wildly from design to design with no coherent process for development.
