Subject: Nyko & Nintendo Settle Lawsuit
Nyko has settled with Nintendo over a patent infringement suit. Nyko's wireless Nunchuk controller will remain on sale after a few design changes to make it ever so slightly less patent-infringy.
Nintendo of America's president says "We are pleased to have resolved this dispute,"
So are Nyko, I'll bet.
