Subject: Man Takes Hostage - with Master System Phaser
According to globo.com a man recently started a 10-hour standoff with police, taking a hostage with what is shown (but not mentioned in the original article) to be a Master System Light Phaser.
Apparently he was disputing a $R42 bill ($17 USD).
