Subject: NFGworld Law Enforcement Assistance
Cryptome.org is a vast trove of information that a lot of people would prefer you didn't know. There's no particular focus to its articles, but they tend to bring its owner to the attention of secretive law enforcement types. It's often dull and dry, but occasionally interesting, and once in a while fascinating.
One of the things you can find there currently are law-enforcement guides to digging up public dirt on people. These are the kinds of things that I find to be incredibly obvious, but are spelled out in excruciating detail for cops, in the apparent belief that they're dumb as stumps.

And so on. Lots of fascinating stuff. I can't really say that these guides make me feel confident in our police though, some of these things are pretty obvious.
