I saw this in The Sunday Mail a short while ago.  What the fuck is this sort of crackpot shit doing in a large newspaper in this day and age?

You know how much they probably paid for that advertisement? Most American newspapers print worse; snake oil medication, get-quick-rich schemes, obviously exploitative scams, that sort of thing. There are laws in the States around clearly defining ads with a frame or some other sort of marker, since the columnar format of that particular item could mislead some people into thinking it's a news piece.
