Subject: Videogame shootin'
A while back I put out the call for models for some game-themed shootin, and the response has been remarkable.  Unlike 20 years ago, when girls simply didn't play games in any great number, I had forty girls who were interested in shooting with video games.

The first shoot was a couple of days ago, and here are four shots from it:

Here's one I did with a very lovely Gold Coast model.  I copied the text from this original arcade flyer, and spent hours re-creating the MsPac logo as a scalable vektor, and re-doing the little Midway logo in the corner.

I'm very happy with the result.  ^_^

We did another shoot in this vein last night, and it was very demoralizing for me.  The model was beautiful but asked for more direction than I was able to deliver.  My freewheeling habit of just trying shit out and chasing what works wasn't quite compatible with her need for instruction.  It's tricky to work with such contrasting methods, but we did get some pretty good pictures out of it by the end of the night.

Here's a shot from the weekend.  I'm very happy with the way this one turned out:

I've finished off the one from two posts ago:

This image hits all the right notes for me, and I think it easily passes for a Saturn-era magazine ad.

Which was the goal.

Shot a couple of girls today who had never played the Sega Saturn before.  After a dozen victories at Magical Drop 3, one decided Alien Crush on the Turbo Express was more interesting.
