Cellular Nectaris
Hudson, now a division of Konami and past purveyors of all things PC Engine, have released everyone’s favourite future military sim Nectaris for Vodafone cellular phones in Japan.
This is in addition to several NES and PC Engine releases like Adventure Island, Star Soldier, Lode Runner and Bomberman.
NTT DoCoMo’s i-mode on the other hand has lots more to be excited about, like this Wonder Boy remake, which looks incredible. Panic Bomber looks great, as do these other PC Engine cellphone remakes. Ys 1 and Ys 2, Zero 4 Champ and a lot more. Like this nearly hidden Ai Cho Aniki clock app that replaces your phone’s normal clock.
